Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
My wife and I moved from NY and retired to Myrtle Beach in 2002. After reading some of the reviews I agree with part. The parents do not watch their children as they should. But the office trys to be on top of this. Why should it be their problem, parents need to watch their own children. We have lived here for 2 years now without any real problems. When we either have an concern or problem we talk to the ladies in the office. They have been very helpful to us and always find time to talk to us.
