I have lived at Alexander Springs now going on 2 years. It is a good value rent wise and the property is kept up. Anytime I have had a problem Lisa the manager has corrected the problem and followed up with me. They are pressure washing the building, painting, and really care about the community. They did have a few inpections during the holidays but the staff was there through it all. I like that they asked questions about my stay and if they could do anything for me. It's nice knowing someone cares. I just renewed for 1 more year.
