I lived there for approximately 9 months and would not recommend this place to anyone.
They always have the police department called at all hours of the day, because they rent to a lot of foreign individuals with no respect for people sleeping in the morning. They were always banging on the walls at 5 am against my bedroom when we were trying to sleep.
Also when I took my children to the pool someone had crapped on the floor of the mens restroom instead of in the toilet.
I feared someone would run my children over because they drive way to fast thru the parking lot.
also the office staff, namely the manager, was very rude. Assistant manager and maintenance was friendly.

Foreign individuals? I haven't met a native American Indian in M.B. yet so that's quite a racial comment! (and stupid). You do have a point about the pool bathroom though. That's only because the majority of parents out there don't supervise their kids and that's why the pool and common areas are full of minors most of the time despite the pool and community "rules" which are not enforced regularly.

First let me say I am sorry for the problems you are having here. The office has not been contacted on any police issues with residents. There has been police on site in during the day. Horry Co. has tried to locate different people for traffic etc. notices. I have not received noise problems from what you are writing about. But If you will please contact the office we will address your concerns. I have also spoken to both service men and they have not found the restrooms in the state you wrote about. But I have having them check the restrooms twice a day now.
