If you want to live where there are college kids drunk all hours of the night making as much noise as possible live here. If you want to have to park at another building BECAUSE the college kids are having parties, live here. If you want to go 4 days in the middle of summer without air conditioning and have your apartment at 97 degrees live there. If you want an over priced, poorly managed ( they can't keep a manager) place, live there. Otherwise,,,,,I'd go elsewhere! PS, they are now called The Abbey at Ridgewood!!

I am confused...I have not experienced any of this in over 3 years. Only once in all my time here have I heard anybody having a loud party. Filling out a maintenance slip for a repair has always worked...especially for air when it is so hot (that is a priority repair). The first manager left to be closer to elderly parents. The next manager took a better job...can't blame anyone for that the way the price of everything is going up. Yes, we have a new manager...she is great! I have not had any problems with any of the office staff, they have all been great. As far as the price...you can't find anyhere in Myrtle Beach with the square footage for the price you get here! I have been very pleased with all aspects of this property, and have been here quite a while. Sounds like somebody is blowing of steam and is blasting everything...to bad they were too scared to not be anonymous!

I live here. It's not horrible. I too was without a/c recently but the guys where here as soon as they could to fix it! I have lived here 2 years and liked it. Although I am moving soon, to have a house for my dog, as far as apartments go this one is noce. The place itself is beautiful and spacious, they allow you to have pets which is rare in MB. Yes there can be noise but it's really close to CCU, it's to be expected BUT if you have a noise problem, the management gets right on it. ALl the managers have been really nice. If you don't like it there, move....thats all I can say. I would reccomend The Abbey to anyone! PS, I sleep during the day and have had a problem only ONCE.
