Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008
OK, so I have lived here a bit over two years, and this place has become -- no lying -- 10 times noisier than it was when I first moved here.
There is no sufficient noise policy here, such as three strikes and you are out as there are in other places.
And for those of you that think this isn't a noisy place, then you must be the ones making the noise or don't care to complain about other noise.
Not to mention the noise that comes from the school, especially if you building is close to that.
