flat tires and noise

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
the parking lot in this place is horrible. especially if you have new tires you will get rocks all up in them. i already got a nail in my tire because they never sweep much less re-surface the parking.

as far as noise just come by at 8pm and walk thru the neighborhood you will hear a few dogs barking and some kids running around. if you like dogs barking or like changing a flat then this is your place move in.
