Where to begin, We have lived here for two years. If it wasn't for the fact this place is so close to school and work, we would have moved within 6 months. Shortly after moving in, we discovered our neighbors above us had children that stomped through-out their unit, jumped from the top of bunk-beds, and spilled everything on our balcony. When I say everything, I'm talking about dog food, bubble solution, dirt for potted plants, and even glitter! It was like they were running a recreation center for kids or something. I mean, I have kids, but I don't let them run wild. I had complained to management about these people at least once every 3 months or so and NOTHING was ever done. They have finally moved, which has been a relief. Also, there was a problem with the teenagers hanging out at all hours of the night in the breezeways of the buildings and other places but that hasn't been much of an issue lately. Okay, moving on...there is a SERIOUS trash management problem in this community. There is only ONE trash compressor for the entire complex which is approx. 180 unit! People also dump furniture around the trash site which is so disrespectful. The trash is overwhelming on a weekly basis, just look at the picture. Also, there is a problem with people not picking up their animals waste, it's absolutely disgusting. The "playground" is a joke. It's just a small, beat up swing set that is not even safe for children to play on. The pool need more umbrellas for the tables. The maintenance is awful. I have requested things to be fixed in my unit and there are things we are STILL waiting to be finished and it has been over 6 months. Our security alarms were never hooked up or working and I requested them to be fixed twice and no one has came to even look at it. The list goes on but I think I have covered the important things. I do not recommend this community to anyone.

As it turns out-the trash compactor was broken and it took Waste Management five days to get the problem resolved. Don't be so quick to judge things you know nothing about! The trash never looks that bad-EVER. In fact on weekends and Holidays I see the maintenance manager out there to compact it as there is not a button for the residents to use because it would be hazardous for just anyone (kids) to do so!

Some communication from Management would help! I sure miss the previous gals - they had a letter or news or pool opening date nearly every month.
