I have lived there since 2006 and I still don't have things fixed that I spotted on my walk thru prior to renting. They have gone through 4 managers since then and they all have told me they will get things fixed. My rent has gone up every year and my neighbors have told me that their rent was reduced so they would stay. They pay less for a 2 bedroom then I do a 1 bedroom, when I asked the manager about it I was told that the previous manager agreed to that and that she could not do anything about it. It is all about the money there. I know for a fact that someone had their water shut off and when it was turned back on that the water ran all day and overflowed into the apartment below and ruined most of the things in that apartment and they never repaired any of the sheetrock in the ceiling, they just out screws in it and repainted it. Eveything people have written about this place is true and if you are wondering why i still live there....I won't when my lease is up shortly. This place is truly a joke.

yes we were evicted by them for refusal of rent payment, actually we were following SC code of laws 27-40-630 that states if the landlord does not keep the home is a nsafe and sanitary condition we have the rights as tennants to deduct from the rent reasonable costs for the landlords noncompliance. so they had a bill of 1772 dollars against them we had a rebuttle bill for 2500 dollars with proof and pictures and all, we then were turned into a credit agency for 2771 dollars, how ironic since we have a reciept froom them showing we had no balance due to uncollectable becuse of the law yet we still got turned in. This place is a full scam and ignorant, they are full of empty promises and amazing charges they fabricate as you go, and yes the different prices in rent is something set down from the corporate office since they can not do their job and make sure everything is done correctly. So the managers are rediculous, and I must say to correct you I lived there for 1 year last year and they had 5 managers and I see now they have yet another that is 6 total managers in the past 16 months. That is horrible.
