Plaza place is in an awesome location! Nothing more to really say good about these apartments. I have lived here 1.5 years now. In the area, it beats competition for a 3 bedroom apartment. But if you can live 2 bed go elsewhere.

Teenage boys from the surrounding neighborhoods come to play here. Every other word at the swimming pool is "Ni****" word or "Fu**" word. I kindly said something to one group but they got really nasty and I had to take my children in. Every night the basketball court fills with wild, loud adults.

I live on the bottom floor and I can hear my neighbors every step. If they move a chair... Take a shower... cook... I hear them.

It also take about 3 weeks to get anything fixed, including an over flowing toilet.

I have had to call non-emergency public safety 3 times in the 1.5 years here. First, Dealing drugs in the hall to a 11 year old. Second, Neighbor left her 6 year old and 10 year old for 3 days... alone. Third, someone thought it was cute to have a party on my back porch.
