THE MAGANGER OF THIS COMPLEX IS NEVER IN THE OFFICE. ALMOST ALL CALLS ARE ANSWERED BY A DIFFERENT APARTMENT MANAGER AT ANOTHER COMPLEX.THE GROUNDS ARE DISGUSTING(CIGARETTE BUTTS REPLACE THE GRASS).WE LIVE DOWNSTAIRS AND WE CAN HERE EVERY MOVE THEY MAKE UPSTAIRS.I CAN HEAR THEM WALKING TO EVERY ROOM IN THEIR APARTMENT.
