I read the other reviews and everyone has their opinion and I just think that most negative things get published and not the nice things. I have never had a problem with the manager never being in the office, except on wednesdays when the office is closed as it has been for 2 years, and I am grateful to be able to still get ahold of the property manager at the other complex and still receive help. Management has actually gone out of their way for me and always been helpful and responsive. I think maintenance and staff are wonderful. The grounds may not be the greatest but I have seen the staff picking up the garbage and cigarette butts that other people leave behind which is so disrespectful anyways. I don't think that is the staff's fault but the loser residents who are trashy. I have been living here for 2 years and love the place and think anyone that has a problem is someone who has had problems with the staff or whatever. I am just glad managment takes care of all of the problem people quickly. Fo the price these apartments are great, it's not an upscale Martinz, Evans Apt but you choose what you want to pay and where you want to live. There is some noise from people above you but there probably is almost everywhere.
