These townhouses suck! The maintanence is awful! We've reported several things wrong and it takes them forever and several additional complaints before they even come. When the come, the look at whatever it is and never come back. We've been trying for 6 months to get a refrigerator fixed and left 5 or 6 complaints during that period. The guy has looked at it twice and says he'll be back later the afternoon or the next day, and never shows!
