This place is a dump. There is no insulation in the walls. No firewall (probably illegal) The walls are like an inch thick and you can hear your neighbors every move. The maintenance is horrible and trust me, you will need to put in a ton of maintenance requests. I have been trying to get my refrigerator, which runs all day and the seal is mangled, for about 4 or 5 months now. The maintence man has come twice and said he would be back the next day both times and never showed up. Not to mention he is a huge pervert. Dennis is his name by the way. He should not have a job here. The electric bill is like $166 every month and I don't even run the heat in the winter. In the summer it's like $220. I do not recommend these apartments to anyone. The price is good but not worth it at all. Oh yeah and they raise the rent on you every 6 months and you have to pay out of pocket to have your carpets steam cleaned before you move out. This place should be condemned. There are a lot of nosey tattle tale neighbors around here too. Especially around buildings 8, 9, and 10. People are also extremely anal about their parking spaces too even though they are not marked!
