I lived in Farrington Apts for a year. The only reason I am leaving is because I am moving out of state. The staff (esp. Jillian) is excellent and very helpful. The maintenance staff responds promptly to any problems. Neighbors are friendly. Can sometimes be noisy in courtyard areas at night.

Can I just tell you .... Jillian WAS the best thing Farrington Place ever had .... but it is a GOOD thing she left there because they did NOT appreciate her .... they are PLASTIC AND BACKSTABBING STAFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have lived at Farrington Place for almost eight years. The current staff, both maintenance and office, is the best it has ever been since I have lived here. I imagine chickfromsc is either the incompetent manager who was fired or the washed up loser who quit because the company would not baby her anymore. I can tell you first hand that Jillian was NOT the best thing that happened to Farrington Place. She was always rude and smelled like cigarette smoke.

Wellllllllllll ......... 'Cool' Hand Luke ..... or whoever you think you are ......... I am moving OUT of this place BECAUSE the staff and the maintenance SUCKS!!!! And the 'incompetent manager'is STILL there! Don't know who you are ... but I'VE lived there 5 years and had always been happy with the office staff. The past few years? Well ..... The maintenance? If you can call it 'maintenance' ... Well ....... that old man is such a jerk --- The last couple of years .. the office staff has SUCKED bigtime!
