At my last apartment my car was broken into and there were problems with noise. I moved into Farrington and haven't had a problem since. There is a courtesy officer who parks his cruiser in the parking lot and has a pager just for residents to call if they are having a problem. I've met him at the pool once while he was checking pool passes and he was cordial and professional. It is nice to know that the courtesy officer is always available if needed.
