I'm getting married soon. My fiance is in the Navy and I'm moving down from Ohio. We have looked into this place and my fiance says that he really likes how they are set up and stuff and has taken a small tour. However, after reading all of this I'm kind of scared. I'm moving in November. Should I look into another place'

It all depends on how far you are willing to walk. At $20 a month (240 a year or 480 if you have two cars) you might get a little closer but there are no guarantees since any covered parking worth anything is already taken. You will drive in at 9pm and not be able to find a space but you will look around and see all kinds of open covered spaces since those people arnt home. The fact is there are not enough spaces in this community to handle the tenent let alone all the guest that the military and college student clientel bring in. There are a ton of young women and young men sleeping around and the parties go on constantly. Garages can be had for about $75 a month as I understand (900 a year). These garages will fit one small car or small SUV. Dont expect to store anything in them. Of course knology is a rip off. Knology gets in bed with most of the apartments down here. Knology will have a monopoly so you get charge what they want and your service is dependent on their time tables. Knology pays a nice premium to apartments who pick choose to let them monopolize. You will find that this place is out for the buck and not the tenent. When the customer doesn't come first expect the business to fail.

DONT MOVE HERE IT'S HORRIABLE. FROM THE MANAGER TO THE STAFF I CANT WAIT TO MOVE OUT IN DECEMBER I MIGHT JUST BREAK MY LEASE. THIS PLACE SUCK BIG TIM. COME HERE AT NIGHT AND SEE THE PARKING SITUATION ..AND IF YOU CALL THE OFFICER HE JUST DOES NOT CARE....
