It's sure not worth the $1000/mo

The facility is alright, but the quality leaves a little to be desired. Having been a homeowner makes it really hard to live here at all. Drywall is terrible with seams visible and poorly mudded. The crown molding looks nice, but is embarrassingly put together. Light fixtures were assembled shoddy with the light in my ceiling fan actually falling off once because the builders were too darn lazy to put the nuts on. The black fixtures and maple cabinets look nice, but are just gimmicky. I'm tired of hearing my neighbors dogs barking every day. I'm really tired of hearing my neighbor upstairs walk. They say they aren't doing anything, but it sounds like they are walking in concrete shoes and bouncing bowling balls upstairs!! Right now, I sit and can hear the vibration of their dishwasher run. I could have bought a house for this rental rate! On a plus note, the staff is nice and generally agreeable. The pool is a great benefit as well as the grills positioned throughout the site. However, shoddy construction and poor insulation don't fly for me.
