I have been living here about 3 months and have became frustrated living here. The apartments are nice, with modern facilities, pool, gym, etc. And the area is safe and secure. BUT the walls must be made out of cardboard! I live on the 2nd floor out of 3 floors. I can hear the people above (bed springs, shower, sometimes talking if I don t have anything in my own place making noise) and I can hear the people downstairs! As well as every time someone walks down the stairs, gets in their car,takes the dog for a walk, etc. I feel like I might as well be living in a tent outdoors listening to the world around me. At first I put up with it, but once I had the Apt lady call me about MY "noise , I knew it was time to look elsewhere. I feel like people can complain about me doing my day to day activities in my Apt (I had the Apt Manager say she got a call about me "bumping around"'!) but I have to listen to everyone else' Plus the parking is horrible. You would think for a modern day apartment facility they would engineer at least 2 parking spots for each apartment. People are parking on the side curbs and up by the front office. My conclusion, if you re an older person or on the go younger person who just needs a place to sleep and keep your belongings, it s OK. But if you plan to actually live in your apartment doing anything more, Id think twice.
