I moved here 2 months ago from florida and compared to apartments in florida, these are beautiful, big and at an awesome price....however, the walls are paper thin, the paint is a matte eggshell that easily gets marked or chipped, the floor in the balcony isnt solid...so when i sweep half of the dirt goes to the person below. I live on the third floor and i can even hear the people below walking...let alone my next door neighbors and everything they do. The garages are large for being a single garage but again you can see the quality of work in its construction.Parking is ok, although sometimes depending on the time you get home you feel like "man i hope my parking spot is open"....although none are assigned. It is a safe area over all and maintenance is definately on top of their game, if you can deal with paper walls and get lucky to have neighbors that are relativley quiet than its a great place to live.
Be aware with the assistant manager....she seems nice but is ready to show you her teeth.
