I lived there for three years. Grounds were beautiful. Apartment was really decent. Roomy and archetectually interesting.

I had one problem with the previous manager, and was frustrated for a while, but it was more of a personality thing that I can't hold against the place.

Drive all the way to the end of St. Ives. Bypass all those other apt complexes on the way.

The only problem with North Bluff is Victoria Cowart. She has the personality of a dirty wet dish rag. Besides her arrogance and her blatant unprofessional way of doing business, North Bluff is a nice apartment complex. Just avoid Victoria and you should enjoy living here.
