I have lived here for almost a year and a half and this is by far one of the best experiences I've had with an apartment complex. Soon after we moved in here a little over a year ago, the long time property manager left and I was concerned that she would be replaced with someone less competent, but the new property manager, Bonnie, has been awesome. There is so much about this place that is wonderful.

The staff - TOP NOTCH! They are always super friendly and helpful. They do a great job of keeping this place in tip top shape.

Maintenance - Again, Mike does an amazing job. We had a minor water leak after hours and he came to fix at it with in MINUTES of us calling.

Grounds - one of the things we love about the grounds is that the buildings are not right next to each other. Unlike all the other complexes on Greenridge Road, there are actually trees and flowers and places to walk around. They also do a great job of keeping up with the landscaping.

Price - you can not beat this the price per square foot for this place. We have a functional fireplace, crown molding and chair rail, along with a sizable outdoor patio.

Location - close to the Mall, and I-26. Great location but feels more remote than it is. Best of both worlds.

Safety - I have never felt unsafe living here. It is true we did receive a letter notifying us of 2 suspicious men. I am very glad that the staff did inform us so we were aware. Short of a gated community, this place is about as safe as they come. EVERY DAY there is a North Charleston police officer that patrols the grounds.

Facilities - there is a washer/dryer hookup in the the apartments as well as an on-site laundry. The pool is GREAT, and the staff often coordinates pool parties and other fun events. They also have free coffee everyday in the clubhouse. Its GREAT coffee.

The only complaint I have with the actual apartment is some of things are a little dated, like our cabinets and kitchen flooring. Also the walls are a touch thin, but all of our neighbors have been great and there are no wild, drunk parties being thrown. It is very quiet. There is a good mix of people that live here as well, from families, to young couples, to retired people, to young professionals. Its nice and diverse.
