I lived in Springhouse for a year and in that year we had almost every pipe leak. Our apartment has been flooded at least 10 times due to our pipes busting and the upstairs neighbor's water heating busting! The maintenance department(if you want to call it that) is slow and they use quick fixes that wind up not working in the long run. My husband was electrocuted by the eyes on the stove because they has open wires in them. The refrigerator was the size of a dorm refrigerator(looked like a 70's recycle!) The neighborhood around Springhouse is very nice. North Bluff would be a much better option. They have a much better maintenance crew and a much more pleasant leasing staff.
