Lived there for a year, rent was decent. Place was nasty. ---- roaches in every room, carpeting sucks. Was harassed by a maintenance guy, Leasing office didn't do anything about it. Gym sucked, nothing worked, the breeze ways were never swept, parking was decent. Location was okay. Kinda in the ghetto. Electric bill was always high because they didn't have good insulation or windows. Leasing staff was very unorganized. We left there and even one of the girls who worked there was saying how the apartments were crappy as well and she wasn't happy working there. Bathroom and kitchen need major upgrading, porches you cant even use, too many bees. Pet fees are CRAZY. 300 per animal plus 20 bucks a month per animals. Neighbors cars got broken into many times. Maintenance didn't fix problems correctly. Bathtub wasn't cocked right, cracked and got mildewy quiet often. Paint was poorly done. Pool was small and dirty. Tennis courts weren't nicely paved. Pay a little bit more and go somewhere else.
