We've lived here for a lot longer than we have liked to, and things have gone from bad to worse. Maintenance issues are frequent and the office staff forgets to put in service requests. The coin-operated laundry equipment is not serviced regularly, which is no fault of the management, but when resident requests for service are ignored, then management should step in and make the request.
