First of all, the management team is fairly no-nonsense. Pay your rent on time and you won't have any problems. That said, I have noticed a significant downward spiral in the community. People walk their dogs in the picnic area and don't pick up after them. They give no concern to the children who play there. Management has cracked down on it lately but it has been a problem. Make sure you meet your neighbors before you accept an apartment as there are sections of Summit Place that are pristine, and other parts that are like the ghetto. Parking is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. I can almost NEVER park in front of my apartment.
And getting them to fix things can be a chore sometimes. THe older maintainence guys are fantastic. The newer ones......not so much.
