i have been living a t summti place for about a year. the location is great, less than a mile to anything you may need. the service and maintance are quick and very helpful. But.... we have been waiting for a few months to be pressure washed the outside of our apartment looks dirty and not well kept. the bugs are getting awful. i know this is the south and will always have a few but we have killed at least 20 palmetto bugs and roaches in a week. not to mention the few that crawl on you while you sleep! now i want you to know we are not dirty, my pkace is kept very clean and sanitized, im actually kinda compulsive about it, so i dont know where they are coming from. its hard telling the last time we have been sprayed for bugs. other than that the place is great and pretty quiet for north charleston.

yea we lived there too and had similar problems there is probably a "dirty appt" near you.. roaches and palmetto bugs actually dont like to live in filth they will go there to eat and then come back to the clean apt..

I am very sorry that you are having problems with bugs. As you know, we have Pest Control every Wednesday and if you give us call we will be glad to put your apartment on the list for next week so we can solve this problem for you. If needed, we will keep your apartment on the list for a few weeks until they are completely gone. Regarding the pressure washing, we have a year round schedule where 3 buildings are pressure washed every month. By the end of the year, we have have all buildings done and then we start over. We have buildings 2, 3 and clubhouse scheduled for October and last week we did 1,12 and 31. Please let me know in which building you live so I can schedule it soon.
