I love it here the office staff are always professional and attentive. The maintenance crew is phenomenal the turnaround time is sufficient and I love the complex. It's clean and i feel safe being here.

Positives: The office staff is friendly. Maintenence requests are answered promptly. Negatives: The office does not return phone calls. The buildings and grounds are not clean. The buildings have roaches. The property is non smoking but people smoke EVERYWHERE.

Very much appreciated and love the staff. Everyone I've delt with have been more than helpful and very easy to work with. I have really enjoyed my stay at Cherry Grove apartments. Any and all work orders are taken care of prompt and fast. David

No complaints with the exception of the garbage location and handling. It is hard, I know, but there has to be a better, more attractive entrance and not the garbage. There is at least two better locations on the property....all good otherwise.

I'd feel safer if there was security around or gates. Drunk people laying on the street when kids are around is unacceptable. Keeping it gated could help prevent that from happening as well as help residents feel safer.

It's wonderful except the bugs that comes in at night neesa better walls and windows need Improvement as well rent is too high for all that not to be up to code or lower the rent it's ridiculous to be honest

They are always ready to help when you need them, the manager team are great, I have living here for 8 months and I don't have any complaints, and my neighbors are very nice, I always find parking, the pool is always clean
