Satisfied renter :-) This is "hands down" the best apartment community within a 35 mile radius of Orangeburg SC. The amenities are great! especially the gate entrance.Management staff is very friendly and helpful. I renewed my 12 month lease gladly. Hope this helps.

Revise Early Lease Policy The apartments are very nice, but make sure you reread the lease concerning the early lease termination very carefully. At a late date, I received a better job opportunity. I informed the leasing agent and she was able to find someone else to move in my apartment
