the paint is cheap water based on walls carpet is bare minimum. my rent was raised when moved to lower floor, It (Lower floor) had no cathederal ceiling roof leaked in upstairs storage area and inside roof lower apt had water leak supposed to be luxurious and it has plain jane appliances stove, fridge no microwave, no ceiling fans, no lights in rooms when moved in. I installed them myself
advertised fireplaces none in this building at all or most others so where is the luxury at'
