Overpriced Garbage IMO. **Must Read**Beware**
These luxury condos are nothing more than cheap cookie cutter living units. To top that, the management thinks they are too good to solve any of your problems. Beware of the predatory bait-and-switch jive that they give you when you are interested in renting.
The ceilings are rocking the 80s popcorn ceiling.
The appliances and fixtures are quite dated. Specifically, the oven, stove, and dishwasher (so loud) are 5-10 years old. Countertops in the kitchen and bathroom are NOT slate, granite, marble, or tile, they are simply this particle board crap.
Carpets- average at best.
The grass is always cut, but all other grounds are nasty. The vinyl siding is caked with dust and dirt.
All that for almost $1k a month! Pass on this one.

RUN RUN RUN... this may have been a "luxury" complex at one point, but over the past year it has turned into just another "project." They now let anyone in, people with criminal records, cops here all the time, drug dealers, etc... where is the luxury? Bait and switch is done as a rule now, i.e., show a unit with W/D, say the tenant gets it, and then there isn't one and they deny saying it! Its sad that it has turned into just another box apartment complex with bad judgment and increasingly lousy quality of tenants....
