I have been living at Litchfiel Oaks for well over a year now, and it is a wonderful place to live. The location in pristine, with a bike path that leads right to the ocean, and beautiful trees located throughout the property. The place has gotten even better since I moved in last year. The pool is great compared to last year, and I've heard that the management is doing a lot of other improvements. However, it is such a nice place already, that they don't have to do much!

thats not litchfield oaks apartments thats litchfield oaks subdivision wake up..... the apartments do not have a bike path at all and the bike racks they do have are decrepit to say the best about them and most are half in the weeds. with no cover at all for the bikes so they rust The subdivision is not part of the litchfield oaks apartments complex at all completely different owners and managers as well as maintenance. the bike paths belong to the city and the local parks and do not extend into the litchfield oaks apt complex and you have to cross a 4 lane highway (busy) to get to the streets of the subdivision and golf course to get to the bike path that takes you to the ocean

Why would you stay somewhere two years when you couldn't wait to leave, SMART, VERY SMART. Or maybe you too got kicked out when you could no longer pay your rent, one has to wonder. People with a grudge can tell some amazing lies.

Im not sure why you care so much, one does have to wonder (maybe your part of the staff) but I wasn???t kicked out. After our 1 year lease was up we were told all sorts of crazy lies on all the "improvments" that were going to be made. So we stupidly signed up for 1 more year BAD MISTAKE!!! Nothing improved it only got worse. Also the ladies in the office seem very confused about all the policies each one has told us different things. Its great if you had no problems but I hear the majority of people have had a bad experience. So good luck!
