I have lived at Litchfield Oaks for a couple of years. I have noticed major improvements in the property appearance. The apartments are not old, but recently a lot of renovations have been going on. The staff seems nice, and helpful when needed. I'm not sure what the others are talking about, my appliances are nice, and if I have an issue, maintenance is there. I live alone & I work late, and feel safe and at home at Litchield Oaks.

Thats not true, it is in the units. When I renewed my lease I took the option of an upgrade, wood grain flooring & brushed nickel fixtures.
