I spent a whole 2 weeks, looking for an apartment in the Grand strand. Most of the apartments I looked at were either filthy or cluttered with college students. Litchfield Oaks was a perfect find. It was actually clean, unlike some of the others I went to. Management was very helpful, and very nice! I really liked walking my dog around the pond, the fish will actually follow you, really cool. I lived there for 4 years, and I really enjoyed my stay.

I wonder if these are coming from the same person and computer i lived there for almost a whole year and never met anyone that lived there for more than 1 year even at the party that they gave or was supposed to be lu`ah so where are these coming from and suprising all top ratings and what a great memory lived there for 4 years and can remember all the apts from that long ago i think this is bs and left by same person to up the rating I have pictures of black mold and of the way they left the apt and i have talked to christie and others that have left because of the way the place was ran down and the management being snobbish and rude

It sounds like you are very jaded. If you look at most communities on this site from anywhere, or any state, they all have poor reviews. The reason for that is the only people who really think to complain or report on these sites are the ones who are unhappy about something. This always makes the reviews lopsided, the percentages low, and therefore not very accurate. A silent or absent review is usually a good one. Looks like Litchfield Oaks is doing pretty good to have so few bad reviews in the amount of time it has been on the site. I actually started browsing through the postings after I saw your name pop up so much in response... it seems like you really have a grudge... time to move on man.

I don't know who this person is that is posting replies or what their problem is. I don't appreciate you posting your comments on mine. If you had a problem, so be it, but I'm entitled to post my comments, just as much as you. Stick to your own posting, don't jump on mine. Litchfield Oaks is great! By the way, it's kinda obvious those are your "anonymous" posts mr Skinman.
