I am writing a review on here, because I have used this site in the past to find out info about other apartments I have rented, and I would like to help others in their apartment search. I was a little nervous about Litchfield Oaks after reading a few of the bad reviews on here, but was actually very impressed when I visited the property. The clubhouse and pool were very nice, and the fitness room, as well. I thought the office staff seemed friendly, too. After touring the rest of the apartments, I decided it was a nice place to live. I have been living at Litchfield for about 3 months now, and don't regret it at all. My apartment is perfect for me, and the I really like my neighbors. If you are thinking of moving here, don't be turned off by the bad reviews. There is always going to be someone who isn't happy with anything!!! Good luck!
