total slumville looks like project housing and the managers treat the tenants as such.
Rude unhelpful and trickery
it says luxurious apts but not even close low end appliances I mean totally low end Not even a microwave bare bones stove and refrigerator. the cheapest carpet
grass is dead or worn out bare in places walkways broken bike racks all in forest areas and a mess dirty pool area and bathrooms the apts have mold in the corners of the walls that have been painted over with the cheapest water based paint
the parking is atrocious and you have to walk in the dark to get to your door while stepping in dog doo doo and tracking it into your apt the stairs are wood and get slippery when wet but the managers dont care and say learn to walk dufus when told of this.
You dont need a radio or tv in here because you can hear your neighbors yes all of them downstairs upstairs and even beside you so its a pain to sleep or even nap.
the faucets drip and drip and the maintence says they will get to it been going on 4 months now still not fixed
If i could afford to move I would but fixed income I can't so I am stuck in slumville for awhile

Trickery is right! Finally a truthful review and not one that sounds like an ad. I hope the staff members know that instead of posting as tenants they can respond as a manager.
