Keep looking. Parking is a nightmare. Noise is a problem depending on what building you re in. We lived with a lovely crack addict who was up all hours receiving and making deliveries. Poor landscaping they use pine straw as filler in between bushes and such, grass is yellow and patchy. I didn't feel all that safe here especially with crack head living in our building. Appliances need some serious updates and no microwave. Any flaw is just painted over.When we moved in our fireplace looked like it got into a fight with a bear so instead of fixing it they just painted over everything (we had to pay extra a month for it too). Maintenance is very poor and takes forever for them to actually "fix" something if can't just be painted over. Staff not helpful in fact they are down right rude. Overall this place STINKS! Literally.

he is right up there with the last reviewer both agree like i did that they negleted the place and use endless waterbased paint to cover up stuff and the appliances are basic or generic this is the real deal thank you hiyaya7

I think the bad reviews are the same because different people are finding the same things wrong with this place. How many computers can you own? Yes skinsman61 obviously is angry with this place but I don???t think he owns 15 different computers...ridiculous.
