Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
The apartments are over priced and they have a HUGE roach problem. The ceiling leaked and there was water damage on the stairwell. The appliances were very outdated and it took 4 trips and almost 2 weeks to fix the dishwasher. They left notes on the door saying there would be "scheduled maintenance" but no one ever came by. Its very loud, some of the staff were rude. Pawleys Island is such a beautiful place, but I was SO happy to leave.
