Cameron Crossing Apartments are new LUXURIOUS apartments. They had potential at first. The apartments have gone down hill fast. There is little to no insulation, which means poor energy effeciency, and no privacy from noisy neighbors. You can hear everything outside as if you were outside. Always loud noise with vehicles and kids running around everywhere. I have heard several shots fired during the night here. I always see young thugs in the middle of the roadway area, not moving for your car to get by. Police are always called out to the apartments. The cleanliness of the apartments is below par. Lots of trash everywhwere. The trash compactor is always full and trash is put everywhere. The office staff is the greatest staff ever, which leads me to believe we have a major problems with tenants and possibly the owners of the apartments. The maintanence manager is always late on fixing problems.
