Thin walls, uninformed staff, DONT RENT!

These apartments seem wonderful on first glance and visit. Upon renting I found that the staff in the front office has a high turnover rate which is bad because noone knows you and what is going on. We have had two work orders that have NOT been filled and its been three months. OUr apartment was a mess when we moved in, approx 35 nails left in walls which meant the apt went unpainted. NO insulation whatsoever and the walls are so thin we can hear the upstairs neighbors getting ready in the morning. I am talking about coughing and talking! THe breezeways are a NIGHTMARE, kids CONSTANTLY running around and stomping up the stairs and yelling. NO NO NO NO NO DO NOT RENT! There is never adequate parking after 6 pm. Thugs and sketchy looking people wandering around all hours of the night. I do NOT feel safe here and plan to move as soon as my lease is up! qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
