I recently moved to these apartments to stay close to my place of employment. What I have found so far is that these apartment are overrun with kids & teenagers of which none of them have respect anything or anyone, just look what happen with the swimming pool incident. I live under a tenant with kids and it's very very annoying when you're trying to sleep and get rest for the next day's work. I can't speak for anyone else, but I pay far too much per month to listen to someone else's kids stomping on the floor/my ceiling. While you can't legally say that you won't rent to anyone with kids, it seems to me that you could place them accordingly. To place a family in a 2-bedroom with 2 or more children does not make sense to me. however, the staff seems to keep placing families as such in these 2 bedroom apartments. so, I will continue to send documentations of "complaints" about the noise level. Also, I guess there will always be parking issue here. These are just some of my thoughts.
