Poorly built. You can hear everthing. Cheap paint on the walls and cabinets (ie. if you wipe them the paint comes right of. The grounds aren't kept as cleans as they should. There were terrible residence that stayed in these apts before and they messed up a lot of stuff. Like writing on the walls in the breezeway. Maintenance painted over it but the paint doesn't match the original paint so what was the point. The breezeways were dirty and maintenace supposidely pressure washed them, but it looks like they just rinsed it off with a hose pipe with no soap or anything because the stains are still there. I been here for almost a year and the gutters on a lot of the garages have been smashed since I've been here. How hard is it to hang new gutters' The car wash area doesn't have spray nossles on the hoses so I bought my own. Well the part where the nossle goes has been cut off. Come on! The owners cant afford a hose pipe. The Family Dollar that right behind the complex sells hose pipes. The vaccum does not work. So basically you might as well drive to the nearest carwash. The bathrooms at the pool are always locked' The club house is very small compared to most. There is only 1 small dumpster for the entire complex. I dont know what genious thought 1 dumpster would be enough for all these apartments They have added a few features, like flowers, a sign, a play area to try to enhance the place, but they should have fixed the stuff that was already wrong before buying new things. You have to tell the management stuff over and over before they get it. When I moved in my bathrooms were not as clean as the should have been and my apartment had not been exterminated. Maybe Im dumb, but isn't cleaning and exterminating a part of the "Ready to move in" procedures. This should have been taken care off especially since I reserved my apartment a month ahead of time. I stayed a Ashton Woods at Pelham and 85 before this place and it was 100times better than this. Maintenance request were handled that day or the day after. Maintence walked he grounds and breezeways all the time making sure they stayed beautiful. I should've stayed there. The only positive to this place is that every room has a walk in closet, the main bathroom is big compared to most apts, and the price is reasonable. BUT you get what you pay for.
