I have been livin here at Cameron Crossing or Signature Point for over 4 years and can say that in the summer of 2007 it was kinda bad with all the grown kids runnin around but kids are going to be kids. I don't like that people keep complaining about the construction whenits not the people's in the office fault. The office is there for office stuff. Criminal stuff should be directed to the police. The maintenance poeples are very friendly and work to make sure anything that go wrong gets fixed. But the residents must be responsible too. Tell your kids how to act, ask the office for some touch up paint, ask maintenance for weather strippin on the doors, etc. As for the noise, its an apartment. Apartment living is not forever. You don't want no body making noise above you, get a third floor apartment. You don't like dogs, move to an apartment that don't like pets either.
The peoples complaining about the office leavin early but whenever I go there that assistant is always there. And she is a very nice young lady who has been very helpful. There is about 200 apartments and only 2 of them. You do the math. I haven't met the police that live here but I know its because of them that yall complaining about noise and material things and not crime like it was when we ain't had no officers here. Crime happens any and everywhere. You can't blame crime on the office or the officer.
The only complaint I have or my neighbors have is that we wish there were more activities or parties for the residents. We use to have pool parties and back to school parties and use to be able to rent the clubhouse but cause residents tore it up, they shut it down.
I like living here and so do the people I talk to and live around. Usually the people complaining are the people that complain about everything anyway.

what!?! you can't even type correct english. In the past 3 months the police have had to be out here for fights and kids vandalizing the apartments at least 4 times. The managers are nice and the maintenance guys do everything they can to keep up with the place, and yes, it is the responsibility of the parents to teach the kids how to act, but no one monitors this property after hours. That is the managements responsibility.
