Looks are Decieving Poorly built. You can hear everthing. Cheap paint on the walls and cabinets (ie. if you wipe them the paint comes right of. The grounds aren't kept as cleans as they should. There were terrible residence that stayed in these apts before and they messed up a lot of stuff.
