I live here and I'd say you get what you pay for and you make ---- work if you decorate well and keep your house well then all is well I am military and my rent has never gone up I signed a lease saying Id pay x amount and it is what it is. The land lord has never been rude she has been nothing but helpful but like a house if I owned a house if ---- were any where in my yard I guess youd have to walk around it or pick it up or walk right on through there is plenty of room to manuver around outside and Rats umm thats a personal issue I aint never had no ---- like that in my house. But do know your house is what you make it there had to be something good about it if at one point you decided this was the place you wanted to live.
