I have lived here since fall of last year and love it. I have become friends with all the maintenance staff and office staff. Work orders are always done in a timely manner and the maintenance men are very nice as well. They have resident functions once a month too! These are so much fun to go to and actually know and meet your neighbors. It is very hard to do so anyway since a lot of people have different work schedules. I would highly recommend this complex compared to any other in town. There is a new one that was just built but they are very expensive and too far from anything in town. I wouldn't recommend them since they are new and their rent will jump up a lot next year to pay for their mortgage soon anyway...they have somewhat low rates right now just to get you in the door. But i do love this place and am sad to leave it here shortly cause i am moving out of state. Really has been a wonderful home to me.
