GOOD LUCK Good luck getting anything done. I put a maintenance request twice and am still waiting on my toliet to get fixed. I have two bathrooms and the girl at the office says to just use the one that works. If I wanted to only use ONE bathroom, why would i pay for TWO bathrooms. ?????

This place is horrible. I keep a clean apartment, but you have to deal with a lot of waterbugs which to me look like gaint cockroaches. There is duck ---- all outsideif you wnat to walk around.

Military personell pay attention This place is bad news. the landlord will try to scheme money from every chance that she gets. Every time BAH goes up ...so does the rent. If you are in the military, beware these apts. If you are not in the military, beware these apts. Horrible living

Slum If you like rats and stray cats in your home. Then this is the place for you. Toilets overflow monthly leaving raw sewage behind. Furthermore, the slumlord is less than helpful with any of these issues. If you do move in, i hope you dont sign a year lease like I did. Worst year ever!
