The management here changes about twice a year. There is no communication between teams. It takes several phone calls to the office to get any sort of maintenance taken care of. The main maintenance guy is lazy. The ladies in the office are clueless as to what is going on. Notes sent out about maintenance and other issues have so many grammatical and spellig errors that it takes a few reads to understand what they are trying to tell you. Office hours are posted on door, however, the doors are sometimes locked when you go by, say, to pay your rent. My roommate and I were screwed over several times while living at Brittany Place. I will never recommend that anyone live here nor will I ever live in another apartment community managed by Southwood Realty. If you're looking for a nice place to live with a professional office staff, keep looking.

I agree!!! I was also screwed over by the Brittany Place staff! Wouldn't live there again if the rent were free!

Me either!! We've tried warning several people not to live there, but they don't listen. I guess you live and learn!
