this was the first place I moved to when i moved out of my house, because it was in a very good location for me. however, i would rather live thirty miles out of the way than to ever live in a home from southwood realty again.
management is rude, and won't call to let you know anything, but just leaves a note on your door. hot water takes 10 minutes, apartments are drafty, carpets are already stained, the kitchens dont have anything that ever works and the fridge is smelly. the countertops are stained and cut and not replaced, and there is a residual smell in one on the closets that i absolutely cannot get rid of.
I would NOT recommend anyone move there.

I agree with this lady! The office staff don't even smile when you or they walk by. They are rude and it takes maintenance forever to get out to fix things. When the carpets are cleaned, they leave a powdery residue that gets dust all over your things, and as the dust is vacumed up, you begin to see the floor stains! The counters are cut and stained and a lot of things need repair. They have also begun to let just anyone in here like loud pary people that trash up the yards and leave smelly trash out side of their door. When complaints are made they are not addressed or enforced. Since southwood took over, it has been horrible!

I don't know what staff you seen, but every time I see those young ladies they are very frienly, no matter what I go in there for.Mabe there is a new staff.
