This is a wonderful apartment complex. I have lived here for 1 1/2 years, and I still love it. I have been fortunate enough to be able to afford to stay here because of certain rent deals that were going on at the time that I signed both of my leases. This made my rent $804 per month rather than $1005. I would not be able to afford the true rent of the complex, as it is extremely high. The apartments are almost brand new, and the landscaping is scenic. The pool is absolutley incredible! There is a fairly decent gym, despite its lack of ab equipment. Maintenance is very quick to respond to any problems in the apartments. Parking is more difficult in some sections of the complex than others, because most of the buildings are three stories, which increases the number of people needing to park in a certain area. It is sometimes difficult to find a space. There are rarely noise disturbances other than hearing the people above you move around if they are noisy.
