I lived at Brookestone for a year. For almost the whole year, I had no complaints. The apartment complex is beautiful. Any problem I had was taken care of wonderfully and professionally. I loved it. Then, new management came in and everything was a mess. This new management did an awful job of resolving issues I had. They continously blamed their inability to do their job on old management. I've also caught them lying to me, more than once. I hope by now they've gotten their act together. All I know is that I have an issue that still hasn't been resolved after 3 months b/c of their disorganization. Whatever you do please don't deal with Saundra. She tries to play the act like she can handle situations, but instead she's rude, lies, and doesn't have the social skills to do her job properly. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
